Brian Minnes – Lead Pastor

Husband, Father, Pastor & friend….and a HUGE Philadelphia Sports fan. (And NO those aren’t oxymorons!!!)

I was born and raised outside of Northeast Philadelphia and am on the journey of a lifetime. I am simply walking by Faith one small step at a time. If you’re looking for someone to shoot it straight with you with no bait-n-switch then you’ve come to the right place.

I absolutely LOVE God’s Word. One of my favorite things to say about it is that its “Like an Onion” (In my best Shrek Voice) because I believe that it has so many amazing layers that God has intricately woven together and the more you peel off and the deeper you look into it, the stronger it affects you and the more it makes you cry. (OK, so I cry….BIG DEAL!!)

 

Brian and his wife Kendra (and two daughters, Amber and Paige) live in Morgantown. Brian & Kendra were both in the Navy which is where they met. Brian was Ordained at Forefront Christian Church and Graduated from Philadelphia Biblical University. He was in Youth Ministry for 10 years and was the Lead Pastor for the past 5 at a church in Reno, NV before being called to Catalyst.

Josh Walker – Creative Director

I am a dreamer. I love creating. Music, art, cooking, technology, and more are what I do (or at least pretend to do). I have had an interesting variety of experiences in my life up to this point. When summed together, they have taught me some interesting lessons about life, and ultimately God. For instance, He doesn’t reside, live, or belong in a box. Of any shape. I love people, life, laughter, and a good challenge.

 

Josh and his wife Amy (and their two cats, Simon and Jules) live in Morgantown. He was a Cavalry Scout in the U.S. Army from 2004-2007. After graduating from the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences in Arizona in 2008 he worked at Christ In Youth as the tour production manager.
